Reiki & Relaxing Massage
Reiki promotes harmony and balance. It is an effective non invasive energy healing modality that enhances the body's natural healing ability whilst energizing and promoting overall wellness. Reiki can be considered as a spiritually guided life force energy. It creates deep relaxation and helps the body release stress and tension and at the same time dissolves energy blocks and promotes natural balance between mind, body and spirit. Other benefits of reiki inlcude feeling more mental clarity, improved focus, and better sleep. It accelerates the body's self-healing ability as you return to your natural state as you become more grounded and centered.

Our Reiki practicioner Danette Ward begun her training 20 years ago, long before Reiki was readily available. It is something that came to her naturally leading her to receive teaching from Mikao Usui lineage, the founder and creator of Reiki. .

Mikau Usui Reiki & Light Therapy
Reiki I
Focus is on healing the Self - Release ego/judgement is stressed. Each attunement is connected to the mind center. 1st attunement opens the "Faith Center" stored in the pineal gland, returning spiritual knowledge to the Brain Center. Rainbow Therapy is introduced and power centers discussed.

Reiki II
Introduces three Reiki Symbols, use of symbols are taught, with the focus of intent. Distant healing taught and practiced chakra system is taught. The center connected with Imagination is opened, connected to gift of faith, Pineal gland, healing is complete.

Reiki III
Introduces Reiki Master Symbols and title given "Reiki Master Therapist". Attunement connected with pituitary gland. Gift of prophecy - ability to see forward and backward in time. Mirror techniques are taught. This opens the "Will Center".

Reiki IV
Title of Reiki Master Teacher
Student can teach I,II,III, IV Reiki attunements. This reconnects spirit self back to physical body. Tap Release introduced and utilized. Experience of the "Keep" is shared. Symbols of Light are given, 4th opens zeal center connecting with universal energy/stored in the cerebellum. Beholding and administering of Angels.
